Office Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays. We encourage you to use our support form before calling as our entire staff receives them.
Note: The Poser World store log in is NOT the same as the Poser World membership download log in. You will receive an activation email when your download subscription has been processed.
Orders placed after 7pm (Eastern Standard US) will be activated the following morning, generally before 8 am. Individual items purchased from the store are activated manually, you will receive an email from our store system when your downloads are ready.
We respond to all Poser World sales and support questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. We guarantee that! Don't forget if you are a current Poser World member there is a private members only topic on the forum. We do check the forum several times a day. |
